COVID-19 Impact FAQs

What to Expect

We are committed to providing the safest environment possible for our team members and guests. To accomplish that our updated standards and protocols include:

  • The addition of a state of the art thermal camera to our entrance.
  • We are limiting the occupancy and have installed numerous hand sanitizing stations throughout the property.
  • Guests must be 21 years or older to enter, proper ID is required.
  • Guests and staff will be required to wear a face mask at all times and engage in social distancing.
  • Staff and guests will undergo temperature checks which cannot exceed 100.3 degrees. Any guest or team member arriving to the property showing signs of illness will be asked to leave the property until they recuperate.
  • Signage has been posted in select locations to advise guests on practices they can undertake to mitigate the spread of viruses.
  • We are encouraging social distancing by closing down machines, to allow space between guests and we have added acrylic partitions to select banks.
  • Dedicated staff will work as cleaning ambassadors, wearing easily identifiable uniforms as they sanitize areas of the property.
  • We will continue the increased frequency of cleaning of our elevator buttons, hand rails, door handles, slot machines and other guest touch points.
  • We have transitioned to NO CONTACT promotions.
  • We have increased our stock of cleaning and disinfecting solution on the property for all team members to use as necessary.

What changed regarding entrance, exit and parking?

Guests will only be able to enter and exit the property through our fronton.

All other exits will be used as emergency exits only.

Valet parking will be unavailable until further notice.

Will you allow groups to book visits to the property?

We will not be accepting any group visits until further notice. For inquiries please contact laura.diaz@daniacasino.com.

Where can I find updates and relevant information?

Our website and social media channels will have all available updates. Any guest subscribed to our email list will also receive all updates as soon as possible.

Gaming

What will happen to my points?

Your points are the same as they were when we closed.

What will happen to gift giveaways?

New giveaways and dates will be scheduled for future dates as soon as possible with safety measures in mind. Qualified guests will be notified of the new dates via email and/or mail.

Free Play offers and giveaways that were scheduled during the time we had to close are no longer valid.

What happened to my Players Club account while the property was closed?

Your account is at the same status it was when we closed.

Food & Beverage

What food and beverage options will be available on premise?
  • The Grill will operate with extreme caution and sanitary measures.
  • Our bars, Sunrise Bar and Sports Lounge are open. They are operating with the following safety precautions:
    • Contactless Pay (Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.)
    • Limited Contact Waitressing
    • Marked spaces in line 6ft apart to ensure social distancing.
  • Luxe Gourmet Buffet remains closed until further notice.

Entertainment

Entertainment has been temporarily suspended until further notice. Any questions regarding ticketed concerts can be directed to info@completeticketsolutions.com. For all other inquiries contact info@daniacasino.com. All tickets for postponed shows will be valid for the new date.

Will Jai-Alai resume their season as planned?

Unfortunately, Jai-Alai’s summer season scheduled from May 1-June 30th has been canceled. They will return on September 15th for their fall season.
