COVID-19 Impact FAQ

What to Expect

We are committed to providing the safest environment possible for our team members and guests. To accomplish that our updated standards and protocols include:

  • Masks are required to enter the building. The only exception is when eating or drinking.
  • We have installed numerous hand sanitizing stations throughout the property.
  • You must be over 21 to enter.
  • Guests and staff will be required to wear a face mask at all times and engage in social distancing.
  • Any guest or team member arriving to the property showing signs of illness will be asked to leave the property until they recuperate.
  • Signage has been posted in select locations to advise guests on practices they can undertake to mitigate the spread of viruses.
  • We are encouraging social distancing by adding acrylic partitions to select banks.
  • Dedicated staff will work as cleaning ambassadors, wearing easily identifiable uniforms as they sanitize areas of the property.
  • We will continue the increased frequency of cleaning of our elevator buttons, hand rails, door handles, slot machines and other guest touch points.
  • We have transitioned to NO CONTACT promotions.
  • We have increased our stock of cleaning and disinfecting solution on the property for all team members to use as necessary.

What changed regarding entrance, exit and parking?

Guests will be able to enter and exit the property through our Fronton entrance only.

Will you allow groups to book visits to the property?

We now accept group visits. For inquiries please contact info@daniacasino.com.

Where can I find updates and relevant information?

Our website and social media channels will have all available updates. Any guest subscribed to our email list will also receive all updates as soon as possible.

Gaming

What will happen to my points?

Your points are the same as they were when we closed.

What will happen to gift giveaways?

Giveaways are now scheduled every weekend and will be given out at the Players Club. Qualified guests will be notified via email and/or mail.

What happened to my Players Club account while the property was closed?

Your account is at the same status it was when we closed.

Food & Beverage

What food and beverage options will be available on premise?
  • The Grill is operating with extreme caution and sanitary measures.
  • Our bars, Sunrise Bar and Sports Lounge are open. They are operating with the following safety precautions:
    • Contactless Pay (Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc.)
    • Limited Contact Waitressing
    • Marked spaces in line 6ft apart to ensure social distancing.
  • Luxe Gourmet Buffet is now open with a fixed menu and is operating with extreme caution and sanitary measures.

Entertainment

Stage 954 is Now Open, we have taken many actions to ensure socially distanced seating until October 2021 and the wearing of masks for guests is required. Tickets for shows can only be purchased online or by calling 844-954-7469 Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM. The casino box office will not be open to purchase tickets until further notice.

Any questions regarding ticketed shows can be directed to info@completeticketsolutions.com. For all other inquiries contact info@daniacasino.com. All tickets for postponed shows will be valid for the new date.

Entertainment at the Sunrise Bar Stage will begin every Saturday in August 2021. Starting in September 2021 we will resume live bands at Sunrise Bar Stage every Friday and Saturday 8PM-12AM.

We have Latin Thursdays every Thursday night 9PM-1AM.

Which entertainment events are being rescheduled or cancelled, and how will I know?
